Registration Listing

2026 MYGS Fall Softball: 6U and 8U

Fall 2026 Softball

Beginning this fall season, a player's age as of August 31st determines the division in which the player is eligible to play the following year (Fall ’26, Spring ’27, and Summer ’27). Please refer to the USA Softball Code Age Eligibility Chart to determine which age your team/player is eligible to participate. (https://www.medfordyouthgirlssoftball.org/Default.aspx?tabid=2751393). Our registration system will automatically place the player in the correct division.

6U will have an eight-week clinic from September 1th-October 25th. Teams/groups will meet once on Sunday afternoons, and once during the week (6pm-7:30pm).

8U will play in the Charles River Softball League, with games on Sundays. Practices 1x/week (6pm-7:30pm) as determined by the coach. Game starting is TBD, either 9/6 or 9/13, practices will begin possibly as early as 9/1.

2026 MYGS Fall Softball: 10U, 12U, 14U, and 18U

Fall 2026 Softball

U10 and up ages will be playing in the Middle Essex Softball League.

PLEASE NOTE, FOR 10U, 12U, 14U, and 18U: Typically, teams will practices 1-2 times per week and ALL games are double-headers on Saturdays (times vary but are typically morning to noon).

Uniform:

For 10U and older players, uniform is NOT included in this registration process.
If you purchased a jersey for Spring 2024 or later, that jersey can still be used for fall 2026.
After the registration is completed, a jersey number will be assigned if one is not already assigned. Once families are notified of their player’s number, each family must order home and away jerseys ($33.95 each) at our provider’s website.
The order to delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Black softball pants can be purchased anywhere if your player likes a certain brand or fit.
